As a paranormal role play, we accept the following;
Humans, Ghosts/Spirits, Demons, Psychics/Mediums* * Psychics and Mediums are only available through canons.
About Being A Ghost or Spirit
This is probably the most versatile type of character. You can be a happy soul, just continuing a spirtual life on earth - or you can be a pissed off maniac seeking vengeance on your enemies. Either way, there are some guidelines.
- Apparitions should not happen regularly. In order to fully appear before a humans eyes, please contact a staff member.
- You can make noises to your hearts content, and we encourage you! Talk to the investigators and other humans minimally - but feel free to harass the mediums! You will be able to more clearly communicate with a medium - and with their help you might get what you're looking for.
- You can make a human feel hot or cold without their permission. Touch them, play with their hair, knock hats off their head - but if you want to attempt physical harm, please contact the other player before you do such.
- The Graveyard is your sanctuary, and it might so happen to be where you are most powerful. On a full moon, after midnight in the cemetery, you can appear as much as you want to. Kind of like a last link with the living. The only way humans know about the secret is if a spirit tells them. Tell only those you trust. If word escapes, all hell could break loose... Figuratively speaking.
About Being A Demon
The most evil force besides the devil himself - and perhaps one of the most powerful. Neither living or dead. You have the power to posess and control - aslong as you have the other persons permission. We don't want you getting stir crazy and posessing everything, you hoardy bastards. However, there's a catch. If you successfully posess someone, they can't exactly get rid of you unless you decide to try new horizons.
A demon is a NEGATIVE energy and causes harm, depression and unruly acts of outrage. To a point, they can completely posess a person, and even cause physical harm, such as severe cuts and scratches. The only way to rid of these fiends of darkness is to call in the help of a priest.
Psychics and Mediums
Psychics - you can tell things about people they might not have told you, and you can forsee their futures (with their permission). You are sometimes a key player in an investigation.
Mediums - You are cursed with a blessing. You are the link between life and death, and you can openly speak with those who have passed.
